Over the past 18 years, I've led product initiatives across e-commerce, logistics, enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered solutions.
My career started as a software engineer before evolving into product leadership, giving me the ability to bridge executives, designers, and engineering teams — translating ambitious vision into shipped, measurable outcomes.
I don't just manage roadmaps. I architect systems, write code when it matters, and ensure every product decision is backed by data, user insight, and technical feasibility.
Driving the RedMart Seller product roadmap and logistics integrations. Leading key Seller Center initiatives including Seller Onboarding, Master Product, and performance dashboards. Utilizing AI with QoderWork and Alibaba AI app builder for product documentation and monitoring.
Led end-to-end project delivery managing scope, timeline, cost, and quality across multiple product and system initiatives. Coordinated cross-functional teams including vendors, developers, and designers while overseeing technical architecture and infrastructure planning.
Led end-to-end development of cross-platform mobile applications and backend API services. Integrated features such as notifications, geolocation, NFC, and secure data encryption. Managed cloud infrastructure and deployment on AWS.
Developed internal ASP.NET web systems using C#, PHP, CodeIgniter, jQuery, jQuery UI, Google Maps, Geolocation, SAP Connector, KML, and .NET 3.5. Created RFC applications at SAP. Built internal systems for hotspot monitoring, site yield potential, and planter dashboards.
Developed BlackBerry applications with Java, BlackBerry SDK 5.0, geolocation, notifications, and file handling. Built internal and external web-based systems using CodeIgniter PHP framework, jQuery, jQuery UI, Google Maps API, and Facebook API. Managed Mikrotik, LAN, AWS EC2 instances, and firewalls.
Managed cloning, installation, system patching, and configuration of 1,300 PCs with a 12-person team. Administered Linux Ubuntu servers, Windows Server 2003, NetWare, and Mikrotik configurations. Handled LAN and Cisco device configurations. Taught algorithms, data structures, OOP, database design, and Linux.

RedMart struggled to re-engage existing customers through traditional marketing channels. Push notifications were often ignored or lost among other Lazada campaigns.

Lazada's in-house logistics network could not efficiently cover all delivery locations. Lazada needed to integrate with multiple third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
Technical Product Manager

Designed and delivered a scalable API integration that connected Lazada with multiple 3PL providers. The solution automated shipment creation, tracking, and delivery status updates.
Postal delivery is cost-effective but postal providers typically do not offer real-time shipment tracking. This limited order visibility for customers and operations.
